Stay Protected Against Tetanus

Tetanus is a serious bacterial infection that causes painful muscle stiffness and spasms, spread through contact with contaminated soil, dust, or animal feces via cuts or wounds. Adults require a booster every 10 years to stay protected. The Td vaccine protects against tetanus and diphtheria, while Tdap also adds protection against pertussis (whooping cough). Your PharmaChoice pharmacist can review your immunization records and administer your booster.
